Multi-day weddings are vibrant, chaotic, loud and eventful. At the core of them are a husband and wife, starting out their lives together. One of the privileges I have as a wedding photographer is to be with them in the quiet moments, the in between times where it’s just the two of them. It’s then that I really get to know the people I’m photographing, and get a sense of who they are as a couple. I want to sincerely thank Tehseena & Omar for choosing me as their wedding photographer. They are such kind and genuine people, and I really got to know them as friends during their wedding. We had a fantastic time, and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces at the wedding as well!
An extra thank you to my second shooter Sam for his hard work and support over this 3 day event.
Tehseena waited in a separate room while the Muslim marriage contract was signed – there was some confusion about who she was actually married to – either Omar or his father!
The groom’s siblings decided to attack Tehseena’s sister with silly string…Sam and I got hit as collateral damage!
